From a simple garden bed to a more complete planting makeover, we can assist you every step of the way.
In-Store Design Consultation -
• Initial consultation - A member of our design staff will spend a 1/2 hour with you to discuss your project. The meeting will include a tour of the plant yard to develop ideas and preferences for specific plants. Cost: Free.
• Design consultation (by appointment) - Bring photos and measurements of the site. The designer will work with you for 1 to 2 hours to produce a hand-drawn landscape design and plant list (you keep both). This type of consultation is appropriate for smaller projects and simple site conditions. Cost: A design fee is applied per area (defined as area around pool, patio, or deck; front, side, or back foundation; island planting). 50% of the fee is refunded when a $500 purchase of materials is made within 1 year of the appointment.
At-Home Consultation -
• Design consultation (by appointment) - Our designer will work with you at your home for 1 to 2 hours to produce a hand-drawn landscape design and plant list (you keep both). This type of consultation is appropriate for larger projects, difficult site conditions, or clients that don’t wish to take measurements and photos themselves. Cost: A design fee is applied per area (defined as area around pool, patio, or deck; front, side, or back foundation; island planting). 50% of the fee is refunded when a $500 purchase of materials is made within 1 year of the appointment.
• Non-design consultation (by appointment) - Our staff consults on matters such as site analysis (growing conditions, soil, sunlight, etc.), plant health analysis, and plant identification. Cost: hourly fee.
Installation - We can plant anything that we sell, whether it is an individual tree or a complete landscape design. We guarantee the plants that we install for one year from date of installation. We follow organic practices when working on your projects, and we use organic compost, soils, and mulches.
Maintenance - Weeding, pruning, amending soil, mulching, spring and fall cleanups - we can keep your gardens healthy and looking great.
Please note: We do not offer lawn installation and maintenance services.
